I support teachers with their well-being so that they can truly impact learners.
Let’s untangle the internal pressure and end the school day feeling satisfied, not depleted.
My Mission
To support dedicated educators in accessing calm, clarity, and joy in their teaching life by helping them shift their internal dialogue, recognize their impact, and define their own professional “success” metrics for satisfaction.
My Vision
A future where educators are valued for their efforts, acknowledged for their daily impact, and regularly feel aligned and fulfilled in their work. Educators enjoy their profession, and both their productivity and their well-being are supported in their school and community.

Become the Teacher Who Finally Feels "Good Enough"

Christina Kottmann
I was an elementary teacher for 10 years in international schools. During the pandemic I experienced, and saw, the stress my fellow educators and I put ourselves through to be "good teachers". Since then I've felt called to support educators and address the issues in the education system that hinder teacher well-being.
I believe that real reform in education starts with actually supporting our teachers.
I know that it is possible to balance your well-being with the important work you do in schools.
