Focusing on your Educator Well-Being is the best way to truly impact your learners.

Hi, I'm Christina.
I was a classroom teacher for 10 years & now I support teachers who want to truly impact learners, by focusing on their well-being.
This isn't fluff, mindset stuff that sounds good but doesn't really "stick" in reality.
I've carved out an actionable path that transforms your school experience from "ugh, nope, I'm okay I guess," to daily moments of joy, clarity, and purposeful impact.
Because I used to teach my learners that their well-being mattered.
But for me, it was the last thing on my endless To Do list.

This is the clear path that I once needed (but had to make by walking it).

That's why I want you to have it.

Here's what I'd tell my younger self - the version of me that needed this path (& a compass), if I wrote her 2 letters...

I don't say this to scare you, but you are replaceable. Your learners would have someone else in front of them on Monday if something horrible happened to you. I've witnessed it: a friend passed away unexpectedly and our school had a substitute for her class for the rest of the semester. We had a moment of silence in a staff meeting, then work continued.

If you're like me, you're a high-achieving dedicated educator who always shows up with a willing attitude and notepad ready to add the next tasks.

But your job isn't your life.

You could be laid off, your contract might not get renewed, or your health could pull you out of the classroom. Are you thriving as a teacher, or barely surviving?

Make time to focus on your well-being.

I get it, we love being THERE for our learners. We pour ourselves into them year after year.

We got praised as heroes during the Pandemic. We are beloved by former students who stop by our rooms, and we have relationships with the families we've championed.

But it's not all or nothing. And I was guilty of giving THEM my all, leaving nothing for MYSELF.

It sounds selfish but here's the reality check - you are not a resource. You are person. You aren't the linchpin in this child's life. You are a singular human.

Imagine the day when you couldn't pour your energy and time in your learners anymore, how would you feel?

Well... are you already dancing on that line? Heading toward the dreaded "burnout"?

It's not all or nothing.

Being a "good teacher" isn't all or nothing.

It's time to care about yourself too.
